Where can I find those buttons to > download to my tool bar? If you are using Internet Explorer 7, the Send to OneNote icon should be on your toolbar. If you have too many icons to display, there should be a down arrow at the right end that you can click for additional icons. Also, if you click the down arrow for Tools, you should fine a Sent to OneNote entry. If you do not have the above, open OneNote 2007 and go to Help, Office Diagnosis. Note: these icons and command send the whole page to OneNote 2007 not a part of the page. To send part of a page, use Windows Key+S and select the portion of the page you want. The Windows Key is the key with the flag on it. Or, in the Notification area of your taskbar, right click on the OneNote icon and select Create Screen Clipping. If you are not using Internet Explorer 7 or OneNote 2007, please be more specific on what you are using what button OneNote suggests you use. Don |

| Re: how do I get one note shortcuts on my toolbar? Hi Jessica, the easiest way to do what you want to do is just select the portion of the web page in IE and then copy it to the clipboard with CTL+C and then paste it into a OneNote page. If you want it to appear exactly as it appears on screen, use Don's suggestion to create a screen clipping. -- Josh Einstein (Tablet PC MVP) Einstein Technologies Tablet Enhancements for Outlook - Try it free: www.tabletoutlook.com "Jessica, Madison WI Realtor" <JessicaMadisonWIRealtor@discussions.microsoft.com > wrote in message news:7C9E7214-7054-4B29-86F3-05FC33C9F088@microsoft.com... >I guess it is Outlook. > > "Don MI <>" wrote: > >> >> "Jessica, Madison WI Realtor" <Jessica, Madison WI >> Realtor@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:055DF023-B1FB-4DE2-BA8A-DDE4A1C76FB0@microsoft.com... >> >I want to send part of a webpage to one Note, but I do not have the >> >button >> > that the One Note suggests to use. | Re: how do I get one note shortcuts on my toolbar? I had the same problem. I fixed it. TUrns out my toolbar was locked. Go into the "View" section of IE and unlook your toolbar. Then, go again into "View" and choose the "Customize" option. You will see the OneNote Icon which you can activate so that it will show up in the toolbar. Hope this helps.
