Resize images

When pasting an image, OneNote resizes it (if it was wider than the
paper, I guess).

1) Is there any way to stop that behavior?

2) How can I get the pasted image back to its (exact) original size? The
handles to resize the image are not good because even a difference of
one pixel with the original size triggers anti aliasing and my screen
clippings look awful!

Unfortunately not.
It helps to make the page wider prior to posting.

I fully agree, but we have to live with that <siiiigh>.

You may post a suggestion on changing this behaviour for the next
version in "Connect", the place for submitting
suggestions and bug reports to the developers team:
http://connect.microsoft.com/onenote/

When done, pls drop a note with the URL in here so that we can jump in
and vote for your suggestion.
