And my Lenovo x60 Tablet is the best LAPTOP I've ever owned, not to mention
it is also a Tablet.

I take the liberty to disagree.
Actually most TabletPCs are notebooks/laptops (well, except UMPCs).

For all of my personal work I've been working with portable computers
since the legendary COMPAQ Portable II back in 1987.
And since last year my portable device is a TabletPC which fully
replaced my previous laptop.
I'm missing nothing compared to its predecessor(s).

Sorry, Anty, I do not see any reason for any apologies from your side.

Re: speaking of wishes

such a very small bump in the path of life....<s>

I do have some good news, I hope-I emailed my supervisor re OneNote and he
has passed the request/inquiry on to IT and other PTB's. The word has
filtered back down to me that the company WILL have access to this app when
the enterprise licensing renews later this year. However, OneNote is low on
the list of priorities to 'evaluate' for implementation until later in 2008,
"along with Groove and other apps".

The question was raised as to if OneNote had a business application...<s> I
have also targeted a few people (dept heads) known for note taking and
attending numerous meetings, with a frank lobby effort to at least look at
the demo. Also suggested that a few laptop users be allowed to install
locally and 'test' in the interim. I think that the door is cracked open, at
least.
