OneNote 2007 Merge question

When I do a lot of drawing, particularly for math and science classes,
I end up with a bajillion note containers all stacked up together,
each containing some miscopial part of my drawing or equation. It
seems intuitive that I should be able to select the entire drawing
(all of these little note containers) and combine them into a single
note container.

I know there is a method to hold the shift key down and move one over
another, but this is a nighmare when dealing with a litle drawing
consisting of over a dozen little containers laying on top of one
another like a plate of spagetti. It's fairly convenient to lasso
select them and shrink them, move them, whatever. But I really want
to simplify things by just quickly and easily merging them into a
single note container.

I haven't found a way to do that. Is there one?

Re: OneNote 2007 Merge question

Unfortunately I think the SHIFT technique is the only way to merge those
containers.
