I'm using the Office Home & Student trial.

The "Blog This" feature in OneNote sends the text to Word's blogging tool. I
am wondering how this would be handled if I purchase OneNote 2007 as an
individual piece of software. Are other features going to be affected?
Perhaps the DOC and DOCX export ability?

None of the export features require the installation of Word, etc.

Any of the features which actively "talk" to another program (like the
"Blog this!" feature in Word) will require that program to be installed.
