I'm from Romania, I have a tablet PC with WindowsXP TabletPC Edition in
English and Office 2007 in English (OneNote included). It recognises pretty
well my handwriting when using English, but not when using Romanian (it
aproximates my handwriting to English). What can I do to make OneNote able to
do handwriting recognition in Romanian?

I think you'd probably have to use a 3rd party program like this:
