| How to add a note to the top of a page? I often have to add notes to a page with lots of other notes on it. I typically want the new note to be at the top of the page. Right now, I have to Select All (Ctl-A) items on a page and drag them down and then add a new item at the top. Is there a way to do this easily without having to select all items and guess how far down a page I need to push those items? Thanks, Miles |

| Re: How to add a note to the top of a page? Miles, You might find it easier to use Insert-->Extra Writing Space (this is also the icon that is two parallel lines with arrows pointing up and down). Click the icon or select the menu option, then click and drag to add the space to your page. -- Kathy Jacobs, Microsoft MVP OneNote and PowerPoint Author of Kathy Jacobs on PowerPoint Get PowerPoint and OneNote information at www.onppt.com I believe life is meant to be lived. | Re: How to add a note to the top of a page? Very good. I see that I can also use the same icon to delete space if I added to much of it.
