Icons on a OneNote 2007 page

Is there any way to change the format of the icon pointing to a file? I use
long filenames that start off the same way and cannot distinguish the names
except by clicking on each one. Thanks.

I need this answered also.

Even changing the display of the link from Icon to List will work to show
the whole file name.
