We're having some problems using fax merging. I am following the guide at:

http://office.microsoft.com/assistan...&respos=2&rt=2

After reading the requirements for Fax Merging I installed:

Outlook FaxMail
Microsoft Fax
Personal Address Book

After adding the services to Outlook and rebooting the machine I start
up Word and try to do a merge the 'Faxes' selection in the 'Main
Document Type' dialogue is greyed out.

Is there a file I need to check, or template that needs installing?

Hi Chris,

What version of Word and Windows are you using. It sounds like you're starting the Merge from Word rather than Outlook?

You may want to followup in the Word Mailmerge discussion group, using the link below and/or in the Outlook discussion group.
