Office SBE 2007 - Validation

Greetings... When trying to download an online tool, I was surprised to find
that my new MS Office Small Business Edition 2007 product failed validation.

I installed this after having run a trial version of Office 2007. When I
first installed the new Office 2007 SBE product (purchased through a reliable
vendor and including all necessary componets to determine genuiness of
product - holograms, COA, etc), I failed to remove the trial version. Then I
upgraded to MS Vista Business Business edition.

After getting the failed validation notice, I removed most all office
products and reinstalled. After running validation tool, the product fails
validation. The notice given is: "The validation process could not be
completed. Necessary files may have been tampered with."

I'd like to be able to get this validation issue fixed. Any help would be
much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

RE: Office SBE 2007 - Validation

OK... problem solved. It was actually a very easy solution (thanks to MS tech
support): I had been running the validation tool under IE v. 7 in Vista.
Starting IE v. 7 as administrator resolved all the validation issues!
Everything went smooth as silk by doing this!
