I need to change the format of a digital photo from bitmap to jpeg. Please
tell me how to do this. I've seen it done but can't figure it out.

You need to take a look at the photo editing programs you have on your
computer and see if they can do it.

You can paste it into Windows Paint, and then 'save as' a jpeg file..

Hi,

I tried the MS Photo Editor but when I tried to 'save as' it would not give
me the option of a jpeg. That's all I have for photos. How else can this be
accomplished?
