Word 2007 crashes w/ Disable customer-submitted templates... enabl

Using the OCT we have enabled "Disable customer-submitted templates downloads
from Office Online". This can be found under: "Microsoft Office 2007
system-Tools|Options|General|Web Options..." When you click the Office
Button-New-Installed Templates, both Word and Excel will crash. When you
disable this setting they will no longer crash.

This will occur with Vista and XP SP2.

Anyone else seeing this or know of a solution?

Thanks,

Todd
