Spanish characters - bilingual keyboard

The usual
control+', character does not work on my keyboard. Is it because my
keyboard is bilingual? (french and english) Can anyone help?

Do you want to produce spanish characters? If so, check your Num Block
in on, then press ALT and 164 in the numeric keyboard to produce ñ;
you can get an ASCII table to find all codes. Some of them are:

<Alt> + 130 = é
<Alt> + 161 = í
<Alt> + 162 = ó
<Alt> + 163 = ú
<Alt> + 164 = ñ
<Alt> + 165 = Ñ

Also remember that you can change the configuration of the keyboard to
write in any language you choose...
