Change the position of status bar

In word 2003, status bar is bottom of the window. How can I change this
position of the status bar to top of the window (between Main menu and Ruler)?

Re: Change the position of status bar

You can't. Its location is hardwired to the bottom. Toolbars--which the
Status Bar is NOT--can be place top, bottom, left, right, or floating. The
Status Bar stays put.

Re: Change the position of status bar

Thank you Mr. Herb. But can you find to modify the fontsize of status bar
elements ?

Re: Change the position of status bar

Only indirectly, by modifying Windows overall font size. There is no
dedicated user-accessible control just for those fonts, and nothing in the
registry for them as far as I am aware.
