| Microsoft Office 2003 Document Imaging & Scanning-Help, it won't s I cannot get my document imaging or scanning to scan. When I choose scan, I get a message that my Dell AI0 Center is already open and I must close it. Well it was not open - document scanning opened it when I choose scan even though I have not checked the box - in options - to open scanner first. I close the Dell AI0 Center and then select my scanning pre-set and confirm that the Dell AI0 is the scanner. I select scan and the scan box just sits there with the message "Waiting for scan from scanner." Nothing happens. Please help if you can. I use this feature a lot for work. Help, Help, Help!!!!      |
