Office 2003 - cannot open files from "temporary internet files"

Hey,

I just updated Office 2000 to Office 2003 + SP2 + updates from
officeupdate.microsoft.com.

Now I can't open any Access-Files directly using IE 6 SP2. Same problem if I
open them from "temporary internet files" folder. If I save the file first,
it's working.

Where is the Problem? How to solve it?

Windows XP Pro SP 2
IE 6 SP 2
Office 2003 SP 2 + updates (07.03.2007)

IE 7 installation is not possible at the moment.

Greetings

Kai Gillmann
