How can you retrieve deleted emails ? They disappeared from my deleted
file and i didn't trash or empty the file. i have no idea what happened.
Can you help me ?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
