Technet Abo

I have installed vista 32 and Office Ultimate and activation it.

Today I've installed vista 64 and again office ultimate. I activated my
vista but I can not activate Ultimate. The System said i have the limit
reached. But I have Ultimate only one time activated.

It is a problem from microsoft ? In the technet Abo i can aktivate a program
10x!

Sorry, I have a bad english

Re: Technet Abo

if i'm not mistaken
you have free customer support
for newly purchased products with
installation issues...

you should review them carefully
or check out microsoft.com for
more information and phone
numbers....

Re: Technet Abo

I try it per E-Mail but the help and support center said, my PID is not
valid. But I can activate Office Ultimate per phone.

So, my only question is, what happend later, when I change from vista 64bit
to vista32 bit. Must I activate it again per phone? And how many times I can
it activate per phone.

Re: Technet Abo

Hi,

This seems to be an activating request.

In regards to the Activation issue, our Customer Service would be the right
people to help you with it. They are available Monday through Friday, from
6:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Pacific time at (800) 426-9400. You also may contact
the Microsoft Product Activation by phone for the reactivating issue. The
Microsoft Product Activation Center can be contacted by calling
1-888-652-2342.

If you are not in US, the following link is useful:

For more information about how to activate a license in Office programs,
please refer to the following article:

Thank you for your understanding.
