you may qualify for the low cost technology guarantee upgrade to the matching Office 2007 product. (Requests for the upgrade must be
postmarked by 31 Mar 2007).

Assuming 2003 is already installed, all you have to do is purchase a
2007 upgrade version (any of them will work) and install it.
