I hope i have not posted this on the wrong group.
I am sure this has been asked a million times already.

I have an Office 2007 installation that is not genuine according to
Microsoft genuine advantage.

However i have a legal licence for it in and yet it still gives this.

The licence key is on a card the size of a credit card and came in a genuine
sealed Microsot folder. It was purchased from a reputable supplier and has
not been used on any other computers.

Any suggestions as to how this can be solved. I dont want to do a hack of
any sort as this is genuine software.

Microsoft call centres are so voice activated that i cannot get through to
anyone who can actually assist.

There Validate Office again and then if it fails follow the instructions to
fix the issue which will be displayed.
