default email attachment

Hi.

Is there a way to attach a pdf file to new emails AS A DEFAULT SETTING? For
example, if i click on new email, I would like a specific pdf file to
automatically appear as an attachment (similar to the signature that
automatically appears at the bottom). I would like to avoid going through
the steps of attaching the same pdf every time I start a new email.

I'm not sure if or how it could be done. I guess I'm having trouble
imagining *why* you would want to attach a .pdf file to every email you
send. That almost sounds like spam. (Sorry - I'm not trying to be mean.)

Re: default email attachment

Dear JoAnn,

I appreciate you concern. My intentions are noble. I am sending out a
family collage for the holidays. I want the email to be personalized.
However everyone receives the pdf.

Re: default email attachment

So you don't mean "permanently". Were you going to send out individual
emails? If so, open, the .pdf, File - Attach to Email, write your note,
send. It will keep the .pdf file open so you can send the next email.
