Re: GOT AN ERROR FROM ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL MS OFFICE PRO 2003:

The operating system is asking that the install be ran as administrator.

As you put the CD/DVD in it should autoplay. Stop the autoplay and then
open Windows Explorer - ctrl key E / Open the CD Drive and look for the
autoplay.exe file / right click the file and select RUN AS
ADMINISTRATOR / select Continue when it asks are you sure you want to
run this as administrator and the install should be underway.

Re: GOT AN ERROR FROM ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL MS OFFICE PRO 2003:

I'm having the same problem. When I open the CD drive, there is no
autoplay.exe file, only autorun.vbs file. When I right click on the file
there is no option to "run as administrator."

Is there a setup.exe file on the CD that you can run as administrator?
