Excel 2003 crashes out with MSO.DLL showing in the error descripti

Only one user with this issue but he is the MD for one of our branches...
Seemingly this happens mostly when exiting (and saving) a sheet that has
data pulled from another source such as Access or after opening a sheet that
was in an email.

So far have hunted high and low and came up with the following possible
"fixes" none of which have worked:
Search for .xlb files and delete
Re-install Office2003
Copy MSO.DLL over from a working machine

Would really appreciate some help as the user has now had this for a couple
of weeks.
cheers, Brian.

.... that''s why they call it "fishing" and not "catching"...
