| Help doesn't work... I have Office 2000 SP 1 and help is installed. The issue: When I open help by pressing F1, clicking help etc. etc. in Word or any of the other applications the animation i.e. clpit doesn't appear and the help window doesn't open. I do however hear clipit "tapping" through the speakers. I have tried toggling the assistant control, which doesn't work. I have tried a whole series of queries on a number of search engines and it seems no one has any information on this issue. How does one fix this? |

See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=319956 "The Answer Wizard and the Help Index tabs appear blank when you use Help in an Office program" for a possible explanation and solution. mikifinaz wrote: > I have Office 2000 SP 1 and help is installed. > > The issue: When I open help by pressing F1, clicking help etc. etc. in Word > or any of the other applications the animation i.e. clpit doesn't appear and > the help window doesn't open.
