I am trying to edit an organization chart created in Office 2003 Pro. Help
says to get the Org Chart addin, go to add/remove programs Organization Chart
Add-in for Microsoft Office programs under Powerpoint, and then click Run
from My Computer. That won't work for Office Basoc because there is no
Powerpoint. How do I get the addin for Office Basic?

Buy Powerpoint?

Is the org chart linked to another type of file? Maybe a Word doc? If so and
the original chart was created in PowerPoint you don't have a lot of
options. You could download the trial version of PowerPoint 2007 - just
don't let it overwrite any of your 2003 software if you download the full
suite. I don't know if you could do something with Open Office. I've never
used that so I can't be sure.

This leads me to believe you could download the add-in from here. No clue if
it will work without PowerPoint but it's worth trying.

If neither works or is an option, you will have to ask someone to do the
work.
