how can i install my microsoft office with no disc drive?

I bought the disc with the software but my computer doesn't have a disc
drive. it is a mini computer.

The answer has been posted here many times.
When buying hardware its often a good idea to ask before you plunge

Buy an external drive,
Install via network connection.
Copy the entire disk to a memory stick
