| Clip Art not working In Office 2007 - all apps hangs up when accessing Clip Art and can not access Web Collections at all. Tried: Web settings = all are good browser will reach clip art site. Registry cleaner - used CCleaner - nothing! Security on system folder - write access given - nothing! regsvr32 ole32.dll - command worked but - nothing! I even deleted the registry entry for Organizer - nothing! Renamed mstore10.mgc & offic10.mgc - nothing! PowerPoint or any other Office app locks up as soon as we try to search. I have been reading the boards but nothing I have read seems to work for us. I have also used the control panel, Add or Remove Programs Office 2007 removed clip art - rebooted the system re-installed clip art nothing! Help someone out there must know the real answer? Jesseb |

| Re: Clip Art not working Open the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office Tools, when the Organizer opens, Tools, Detect and Repair. Also Compact the Organizer. Move the Temporary folder. In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Settings, Move Folder. It doesn't matter where, a new folder will be created the next time you run the Explorer. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "jesseb" <jesseb@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AF0806E4-F9A4-4400-B57F-E7106A6AED34@microsoft.com... > Sorry I forgot one, yes I did delete all of my temp files in the browser. > > "jesseb" wrote: > >> In Office 2007 - all apps hangs up when accessing Clip Art and can not access >> Web Collections at all. >> Tried: >> Web settings = all are good browser will reach clip art site. >> I have also used the control panel, Add or Remove Programs Office 2007 >> removed clip art - rebooted the system re-installed clip art nothing! >> >> Help someone out there must know the real answer? >> Jesseb >> >> |

| Re: Clip Art not working Card up to date. I did change the Hardware acceleration but nothing. This should be for confirming other issues not a software starting issue. Thanks "Mary Sauer" wrote: > Take a look at your video/graphics driver, is it current? > This fourth FAQ addresses Publisher, but it describes how to slide down the > acceleration when you are having image issues. > http://ed.mvps.org/Static.aspx?=Publisher/FAQs > -- > Mary Sauer > http://msauer.mvps.org/ > > "jesseb" <jesseb@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:498D3EE0-1333-4FA7-B2E3-170BBC3069CE@microsoft.com... > > Thanks for the suggestion but still not working. > > PowerPoint locked up like always.
