I bought Microsoft Office Ultimate through the "Ultimate Steal" deal, through
the company Digital River. After upgrading my system to Windows 7, I need to
install it again, but have lost the original product key. Their website does
not have an answer for this problem, and I can't seem to figure out how to
find a key through the Microsoft Website. My computer is not currently
connected to the internet, because of an issue with Windows I am having. I am
a student, and I really need my copy of Office! I have the order number and
the hard copy discs with some Microsoft Authentication sticker of some kind.

I'm going through the same issue and just don't seem to get any help . This
a pain .They keep on telling me the 25 digits on your Cd case but there are
only 22 of them .

Something's screwed up. I don't think Microsoft has any software that has
less than a 25 digit key. Are you sure? The key is 5 sets of 5 digits.
Which set of 5 has only 3 digits?

Are you looking at the Office 2007 CD case? It doesn't contain the letters
OEM, does it? (Not sure if OEM still has fewer characters.)
