email profile problems

Re: email profile problems

Within outlook, File>Open....open your old data file (posibly named
outlook.pst) then simply drag & drop, if required. Once done close the old
folder set

How can I have both profile open at the same time? Outlook prompts me to
choose only ONE profile.

You can only open one profile at a time.
