Office Student and Teacher 2003

I have a new computer without the CD drive, and I am wanting to install the
above version of Office. Can I do that without the CD drive?

You need either a network connection to a PC with a CD drive, a USB
attached CD drive, or the ability to copy the CD to a USB memory stick,
then install it from there.

How would I burn it to a USB memory stick?

Find a PC that has a CD drive and a USB port. Plug in your USB drive,
either hard drive or flash drive. Wait until the computer finds and accept
it. Put the installation CD in the drive, open My computer and copy all the
files from the CD to the USB drive. Use safe remove to remove the USB drive
(ensures all files have been copied.) Take the USB drive to your netbook
and plug in the USB drive. Install from there.

Most will recommend that you purchase an external USB DVD drive which will
come in useful in the future for reinstalls and/or data backup. Not too
expensive.
