How to view EXIF data of image in Microsoft Office Picture Manager

I shoot in RAW - open images in Photoshop CS3 - "save as" in a particular
folder as jpeg - some of these photos do not show the EXIF data when I open
them in MO Picture Manager, some do - I can't make out what I do differently.
Please help
