I have Microsoft Office 2003 and need to keep track of the 'Word Count' as I
go. Having to go to Tools > Word Count is awkward and it'd be mighty nice
if I could somehow pin a little word count window to the window in which I'm
writing. Is there a way to do this?

have you thought about
simply showing the word count
toolbar and pinning at the
bottom of the document window?
