Office Professional XP and Office Professional 2007

I just dowloaded Office 2007 which will be a full version. Also, I have
Office Professional XP. Can these run side by side or do I have to uninstall
Office XP Professional?

I just got done doing the same thing with the same versions..

During the install of 2007 if you use the custom option you can elect to
remove all previous versions of office or leave them. I selected remove and
everything went well.

The choice is yours. If you don't remove the other version 2007 will install
in its own folder so no problem. I think the only thing that will change and
be only one version is outlook.

Good luck

Bill

PS when you get done let me know if you got Contact Business Manager
installed with Outlook. I didn't although the sleeve that I got with the
product key said CBM was included

YOu will need to specify that Outlook 2002 (XP) is removed before installing the trial version.

I think you need to uninstall the other one, to avoid complications. You only need to have OS in one pc.
