MS Office Picture Manager as default for image files

Hello.
Using WinXP Pro SP3 w/ Office 2007 and wanting to use MS Office Picture
Manager as default for all image files.

The problem I am having is not that I cannot set it to be the default on our
network administrator account, but when I copy user settings to default user
and attempt to login any account none of the pictures files have any sort of
association. They will either load up in MS Paint or MS Picture and Fax
viewer.

It seems like it could be a registry problem.. on another forum I found to
look into ...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\FileExt

I changed a few of them to OIS.EXE but it still opens in MS Paint and
Picture Fax Viewer.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, thanks!
