I got Office Accounting with a purchase on Legalzoom. When I downloaded it
several times, each time it came with the name "Northwind Traders" on it (in
the bar at the top). I would assume that is the company name that owns the
software. Not sure why it comes with that name, but how do I change that so
it is our company name? Thanks.

"Northwind Traders" is the generic corporation that Microsoft uses for its
demo for whatever program you are using. For instance, it comes (came) with
Access as well.

Create your own company. See F1 help to start.
