Groove set up on a new computer

I am getting a new computer and need to have current Groove setting and
information to be transfered to the new computer, including the folder where
the files are shared. The old computer will not be used once the new one
comes in.

Do I set up a new account on the new computer or I can transfer the info
from old to new computer? Thanks.
