Have been using Office 2007 B2TR, and will be upgrading to Office Standard
2007 (upgrade), using my Office 2000 Premium as the product to be upgraded.
My question is: I have uninstalled 2000 from my PC & exclusively use 2007
B2TR. Will I have any problems upgrading my previous install of 2000 even
though it is no longer installed on the PC? AND! Will I loose any files
currently from the 2007 B2TR on this PC? The big question is - will I have
any problems?

It never hurts to back up your files, just in case. ;-)

As also a user of OneCare, and do backup my files weekly, all is saved via
that service, and hopefully if problems do arise, it will be capable to
restore my files. Are there any known issues with upgrading from 2000 to
2007, having used B2TR software for the last months? An answer to my
original concern is still requested.

Hi D.,

No one can guarantee that you will not have any problems.

Office 2000, as the qualifying product, does not have to be installed, as long you have the CD available. The Office 2007 upgrade
package will ask for the qualifying product CD if no qualifying product is installed at the time you run the upgrade setup. You
will need uninstall all Office 2007 beta software first.
