office 2007?

RE: How to backup Office 2007 settings on XP machine?

If the File and Settings Transfer (FAST) Wizard in Windows XP doesn't suit
you then you might look into the User State Migration Tool --

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

It's kind of ungainly-seeming at first. The documentation might be improved
for use by end users, since it really seems geared for corporate use. But I
used it for transferreing Office 2007 settings from a WinXP box to a Vista
box, and it work just fine for that.

I think it's kind of odd that Microsoft didn't bother with an
Office-2007-specific settings and data transfer wizard since there are many
end users who would probably prefer to use that sort of tool. But whatever.
