Upgrading Office 2000 to Office 2003 Breaks Image Resizer Powertoy

In case it helps anyone...

A week or two after installing Office 2003 over Office 2000 I noticed that
Image Resizer Powertoy had stopped working with jpg files, even though it
still worked with bmp files.

It seems a definite effect because the same thing happened on two laptops
after I did the same upgrade. (The Image Resizer I used was File Version
7.0.224.0. OS is Windows XP fully patched).

Happily someone has posted a fix at http://www.tikkiweb.net/resizer in
connection with Office XP, and I found the same fix worked for Office 2003.
