Hi, one of my users is using outlook 2000. The archiving is all setup to
archive at 3months. However, there are some emails dating back to May that
have not been archived.

Can someone please let me know what the user needs to do.

Archive works on modified date, not mail date
If neccessary open the archive, within OL, and manually move to the archive
