when installing the Office 2007 from MSDN I can't see proofing tools for
Russian language.

Where can I download it?

If they are not on MSDN, then they are not available yet. Is there maybe
a Russian language pack on MSDN?

I use the Russian proofing tools from Office 2003 installed from CD with
Russian version of Office (all other 2003 components are not required). Also
you can try to use the MS Office 2003 Proofing Tools, it should contain
Russian. The Russian modules were not really changed since Office 2000 until
2003, so any appropriate version should work. Only English tools were
essentially upgraded in Office 2007.

The Russian tools from Office 2003 work almost well, except the adding of
new words to user spell-check list in MS Word (it's because the format of
list has been changed from plain ANSI to Unicode), though words can be added
to this list manually. However, if it's important, you should wait for
official Russian release.
