I'm having problems with Word, Mail Merge and now Symantec Antivirus.
Yes this does sound like a virus of some sort but is there anyway someone
can assist me . You can even call on my cell 202-531-1201. I'm doing a
basic Mail Merge I've done for the past 6 months this day it works it gathers
the data from an
Excel spreadsheet but then when you try to click Merge to Document, it keeps
running in a loop. Then I left that and attempted to perform a search on all
new files that got on my system after 10:30PM tonight and nothing looked out
of the ordinary. Then I tried the Symantec Antivirus and when I click on
custom scan it doesn' t show all of my drives just C: drive then when I try
the other types of scans it tells me "Could not start scan. Scan engine
returned error 0x20000046. Please help... All I need is someone to walk me
through the process to update, I am really good with following directions.

starting a manual or a scheduled scan
