how can I get rid of the instant search message in office2007?

I have XP and I dont want to install the desktop search because it caused me
so many problems I had to format....

But that yellow message bar is annoying.. how can I hide it?

In Outlook, Tools, Options, Search Options. There should be a setting
for this.
