| Document printing in Word I have a client who wants to put a word document onto a network share but wants to prevent users from printing it. The reason is it's 70-pages. Is there any way of doing this? Any help would great. |

| Re: Document printing in Word Hi Seasider, The ability to print would usually something that would be controlled by the administrator's setup for that user. If the person has, for example to printer other than ones that print to PDF files, but without putting macros into place and knowing they'll run when Word opens, there isn't anything really in Word to make a document not printable. (It's basically Word's primary task <g>). ============ <<"Seasider" <j.knight12@ntlworld.com> wrote in message news:kVm9h.8055$d4.6668@newsfe4-win.ntli.net... | Re: Document printing in Word you could convert the 70 page doc into a viewable only pdf with the full version of acrobat.
