| Excel 2003 - Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006). I use Excel 2003 all of the time and it suddenly stopped working. I'm getting the error message "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006). Click on OK to terminate the application." The only thing I could think of would be if a recent Windows security update might have messed something up, but I've gone and deleted all of the most recent updates and it still doesn't work.
