Compatibility issues with office 2007 and outlook 2003

Hello Everyone,
In order not to have to set up e-mail again, I installed office beta but NOT
outlook 2007. But now when I try to send an e-mail in outlook in will display
an error message saying word 2003 is not present. I delibrately left Word on
with all of Office 2003.
Does anyone know how to use Word 2003 as your email editor in this way with
the circumstances above.
Cheers,
Smithy
