Do you mean ALL the applications? Since Office is comprised of several
apps...it would help if you specified which programs are having
trouble...all if that's the case.

So I'll just take a guess here, since Word is a big of a hog, and tell
you to check out these two articles that provide troubleshooting
techniques for when Word opens slowly.

First make sure your TEMP folder is cleared, as explained here:
