"Insert", "Picture", "From File" - file types displayed?

Dear All,

I have to do the "Insert", "Picture", "From File" routinely on various Word
versions, and then automatically by standard get to choose between quite a
few file types which are included in "All Pictures" file types as defined by
the system.

Can someone give me a number-by-number instruction on HOW to CHANGE the
standard issue of Which File types are included in the standard "All
Pictures" Set.

It's probably something in the Registry, and I am not afraid to do it, just
cannot find _WHERE_ to do it.

In short, you can't. The filters used in the Office dialog boxes are
hard-coded.
