Since installing XP SP2, Word 2003 Text Effects no longer seems to work. The
effects do not show up when inserted into the Word document.

Also since installing XP SP2, Word 2003 animated clip art is no longer
animated when inserted into the Word document.

Why is this happening and is there a solution to fix the problem?

Animated clipart was never supported in any version of Word, but
Web Layout view in Word should show how the animated clipart
would appear on a web page.

Thank you for your response. When I send a Word 2003 document with text
effects and animated clip art inserted in it via email through Outlook the
recipient is able to see the effects and animation. However, when I receive
a copy of the same document for my files the text effects do not come through
but the animated clip art does. Very confusing to me.

Is there an update like MS Office 2006 that might correct all of these issues?
