Is there a way for when sales people go somewhere when they do not have
internet connection for them to still have there email from the last time
that they were connected to the network.

If using Exchange while connected to the network, set up offline files.
These files will be a local copy of the mails on their Exchange mailbox and
will be usable to send/receive/synch when online with the Exchange server.
